1.2Gradescontainingtheletter,H,intheirdesignation,haverequirementsdifferentfromthoseofsimilargradesnotcontainingtheletter,H.Thesedifferentrequirementsprovidehighercreep-rupturestrengththannormallyachievableinsimilargradeswithoutthesedifferentrequirements.
1.3Thetubingsizesandthicknessesusuallyfurnishedtothisspecificationare1/8in.[3.2mm]ininsidediameterto5in.[127mm]inoutsidediameterand0.015to0.500in.[0.4to12.7mm],inclusive,inminimumwallthicknessor,ifspecifiedintheorder,averagewallthickness.Tubinghavingotherdiametersmaybefurnished,providedsuchtubescomplywithallotherrequirementsofthisspecification.
